Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Shipments may be delayed in the event of high-volume orders or delivery issues. We will contact you by email or telephone if there will be a significant delay with your order.
We offer two USPS Priority rates: one for in-state customers, and one for out-of-state customers. We also offer a special Priority rate for pre-order campaigns.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. If you choose to have the books shipped as they become available, the total shipping charge is likely to be higher than what is calculated during checkout.
